Great customer service and repair work on my auto.

Took my car in right away and replaced my passenger side mirror. It was done in a timely manner. Please thank the mechanic for fixing my ignition button. It was greatly appreciated. I will be using your service as things arise. Thank you again for great service.

Always professional, helpful, and friendly. They always leave some type of sweet treat in the car after they service the car, which is always nice.

This shop, the owner and her team have helped me time and time again. From diagnosing my old car to helping me extend its life. They are prompt and helpful and oh so patient! I cannot recommend this shop enough!

My honda civic had a steering problem from a broken wiring harness, so I had it towed here to InC Auto Repair Center. Other shops and dealers said a wiring harness replacement could cost up to $500 to fix. They fixed the broken section for only $182! GREAT VALUE! I worked with Kent at the front desk and met Sheryl (owner/gm) too. They have the BEST auto repair service in Parker. Ill always take my hondas here to fix. Oil changes are around $80 as well. Thanks InC Auto Repair!!

I needed an oil change and a tire-pressure check. I was able to get in quickly and didn't have to wait long. Everyone there is friendly, efficient, and good at their jobs. And they're in my neighborhood. I am very happy with their service, and so happy I don't have to drive to the Subaru dealer and wait 3 hours!

Had been told by another garage that it was going to be a $1700 repair, once they got into it they found the actual cause and it was way less than 500. Very honest repair shop!

I just needed to add an update. INC wasn't able to get ahold of the discontinued tires I wanted, so I was begrudgingly forced to take my car to Big O on Arapahoe for new tires. When they finished, they said they couldn't do my alignment because my rack and pinion needed to be replaced first. EXCUSE ME? That requires lifting the engine and is over a $3000 job! I took my car back to INC Auto and they took a look. Guess what? NO problem with my rack and pinon ...but I need a new tie bar, which is about $600 to fix. BIG difference. My (well intentioned, poorly informed) husband takes his car to Big O, so we have a rapport there. NOT anymore! We will BOTH be exclusively using INC Auto from now on. This just reiterates my distrust in most auto repair shops and why I love INC's transparency, clear communication, and HONESTY!!! I have had issues with SO many different auto repair shops, but INC Auto is my forever mechanic from now on! It is run HONESTLY, they do right by their customers, they're reliable, the owner only hires the best staff, the pricing is fair, they stand behind their work, the employees are happy, and I've had nothing but excellent experiences there...and I've been going for 2 years now. I will never take my car anywhere else! I'm so grateful for them.

Great service! Inc has been servicing my families vehicles for years. They do a great job, and are very reasonable on their pricing. They took my Acura in without a call and changed the oil on short notice without an appointment. Do yourself a favor and call for a scheduled appointment.

I took multiple vehicles in for pre-purchase checks as well as had the team inspect two of my current vehicles. The Inc team was always honest and completely thorough in what they saw as well what the cost would be for the repairs. The work has always been completed in a timely manner, usually the same day or next day. I purchased a new vehicle and the team will be my go-to shop for all my repairs. I appreciate the honesty and transparency that has been provided. I would recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for service.
